【摘要】:ThissectionofBS7870specifiesrequirementsfortheconstrucion,dimensionsandmechanicalandelectricalpropertiesof6.35/11(12)kVto19/33(36)kVsingle-corecableshavingeitheraluminiumorcopperconductors,cross-linkedpolyethylene(XLPE)orethylenepropylenerubber(EPR)extrudedinsulation,acopperwiremetallicscreenandanoversheathofoneofthefollowingcompounds:a)mediumdensitypolyethylene(MDPE)compoundtypeDMP5(TypeAcables);b)thermoplasticcompoundtypeDMZ4forcableswithhavingalowemissionofsmokeandcorrosivegaseswhenaffectedbyfire(TypeBcables).Thestandardalsospecifiesrequirementsfor11kVcableslaidupinatriplexformation.ThissectionofBS7870isapplicabletocablesthataredesignedforamaximumcontinuousconductoroperatingtemperatureof90℃andforamaximumshort-circuitconductortemperatureof250℃.
