【摘要】:ISO21247:2005providesasetofaccept-zerosamplingsystemsandproceduresforplanningandconductinginspectionstoassessqualityandconformancetospecifiedrequirements.Inaddition,ISO21247:2005providesrequirementsforalternativeacceptancemethodsproposedbythesupplier.Suchalternativemethodswouldbebaseduponestablishingandimplementinganinternalprevention-basedqualitymanagementsystemasameansofensuringthatallproductsconformtorequirementsspecifiedbythecontractandassociatedspecificationsandstandards.ISO21247:2005,whencitedincontract,isapplicabletothesupplierandextendstosubcontractorsorvendors.Thequalityplansaretobeappliedasspecifiedinthecontractdocuments,anddeliverablesmaybesubmittedforacceptanceiftherequirementsofISO21247:2005havebeenmet.SamplingsystemsandproceduresinISO21247:2005areapplicable,whenappropriate,toassessconformancetorequirementsofenditems;componentsorbasicmaterials;operationsorservices;materialsinprocess;suppliesinstorage;maintenanceoperations;dataorrecords;administrativeproceduresThesamplingsystemsandproceduresofISO21247:2005arenotintendedforusewithdestructivetestsorwhereproductscreeningisnotfeasibleordesirable.Insuchcases,thesamplingsystemstobeusedwillbespecifiedinthecontractorproductspecifications.
