【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthreetestmethodsfordeterminingthelongitudinaltensilepropertiesofpipesofglass-reinforcedthermosettingplastics(GRP).Thepropertieswhichcanbedeterminedare:—thelongitudinaltensilestrength—thepercentageultimateelongation—thelongitudinalmodulusofelasticity.MethodAusesforthetestpiece(s)alongitudinalstripcutfromapipe.MethodBusesaspecifiedlengthofthefullcross-sectionofthepipe.MethodCusesanotchedplatecutfromapipewallsection.MethodAisapplicabletopipeswithanominalsizeofDN50orgreaterwithcircumferentiallywoundfilaments,withorwithoutchoppedglassand/orwovenrovingsand/orfillers,andtocentrifugallycastpipes.ItisapplicabletothosepipeswithhelicallywoundfilamentswithanominalsizeofDN200orgreater.MethodBisapplicabletoalltypesofGRPpipe.ItisusuallyusedforpipeswithanominalsizeuptoandincludingDN150.MethodCisprimarilyintendedforuseforhelicallywoundpipeswithawindingangleotherthanapproximately90°Thismethodmayalsobeusedforothertypesofpipe.Resultsfromonemethodarenotnecessarilyequaltotheresultsderivedfromanyofthealternativemethods.How-ever,allmethodshaveequalvalidity.
