【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheessentialsafetyrequirementsforinjectionmouldingmachinesfortheprocessingofplasticsand/orrubber.AllhazardslistedinClause4arecoveredbythisstandard.Thefollowingmachinesarenotcovered:-machinesonwhichtheclampingunitcanonlybeoperatedbythephysicalforceoftheoperator;-injectionmouldingmachineswithpneumaticdrivesfortheplatenmovement;-injectionmouldingmachineswithverticalplatenmovementsdrivenbyanelectricalaxis;-blowmouldingmachinesassociatedwithaninjectionprocess(EN422);-machinesforreactioninjectionmoulding(RIM)(EN1612-1);-presses(EN289);-footwearmouldingmachinescoveredbyEN1845.Thesafetyrequirementsfortheinteractionbetweeninjectionmouldingmachinesandancillaryequipmentarespecified.Thisstandardcoversmagneticclampingsystemsonlyif:-machineshavehorizontalclampingunits;and-themouldareaisprotectedbyguards;and-suchsystemsaredeliveredatthesametimeastheinjectionmouldingmachinebythemachinemanufacturer.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsforthedesignofanexhaustsystem.ThisstandardisnotapplicabletoinjectionmouldingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasanEN.
