【摘要】:Thepurposeofthisstandardistoestablishuniformproceduresforthemeasurementofpowerfrequencyelectricandmagneticfieldsfromalternatingcurrent(ac)overheadpowerlinesandforthecalibrationofthemetersusedinthesemeasurements.Auniformprocedureisaprerequisitetocomparisonsofelectricandmagneticfieldsofvariousacoverheadpowerlines.Theseproceduresapplytothemeasurementofelectricandmagneticfieldsclosetogroundlevel.Theycanalsobetentativelyappliedtoelectricfieldmeasurementsnearanenergizedconductororstructurewiththelimitationsoutlinedin4.5.
