【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthebehaviourofawebfeatureservicethatprovidestransactionsonandaccesstogeographicfeaturesinamannerindependentoftheunderlyingdatastore.Itspecifiesdiscoveryoperations,queryoperations,lockingoperations,transactionoperationsandoperationstomanagestoredparameterizedqueryexpressions.Discoveryoperationsallowtheservicetobeinterrogatedtodetermineitscapabilitiesandtoretrievetheapplicationschemathatdefinesthefeaturetypesthattheserviceoffers.Queryoperationsallowfeaturesorvaluesoffeaturepropertiestoberetrievedfromtheunderlyingdatastorebaseduponconstraints,definedbytheclient,onfeatureproperties.Lockingoperationsallowexclusiveaccesstofeaturesforthepurposeofmodifyingordeletingfeatures.Transactionoperationsallowfeaturestobecreated,changed,replacedanddeletedfromtheunderlyingdatastore.Storedqueryoperationsallowclientstocreate,drop,listanddescribeparameterizedqueryexpressionsthatarestoredbytheserverandcanberepeatedlyinvokedusingdifferentparametervalues.NOTEThisInternationalStandarddoesnotaddresstheaccesscontrolissues.ThisInternationalStandarddefines11operations:?GetCapabilities(discoveryoperation);?DescribeFeatureType(discoveryoperation);?GetPropertyValue(queryoperation);?GetFeature(queryoperation);?LockFeature(lockingoperation);?GetFeatureWithLock(queryandlockingoperation);?Transaction(transactionoperation);?CreateStoredQuery(storedqueryoperation);?DropStoredQuery(storedqueryoperation);?ListStoredQueries(storedqueryoperation);?DescribeStoredQueries(storedqueryoperation).

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesacommonhealthindicatorsconceptualframeworkandisintendedtofosteracommonvocabularyandconceptualdefinitionsfortheresultantframework.Theframeworka)definestheappropriatedimensionsandsub-dimensionsrequiredtodescribethehealthofthepopulationandperformanceofahealthcaresystem,b)issufficientlybroad(high-level)toaccommodateavarietyofhealthcaresystems,andc)iscomprehensive,encapsulatingallofthefactorsrelatedtohealthoutcomesandhealthsystemperformanceandutilization,aswellasregionalandnationalvariations.NOTE1SeeAnnexBforamorecompletediscussionoftheunderlyingrationaleforthisframework.NOTE2Manycountrieshavealreadydevelopedtheirownmodelsfordirectingthecollectionandanalysisofhealthindicators.Forthepurposesofnationalreporting,theseexistingframeworksarenotexpectedtochange.Rather,thisframeworkcanbeviewedasacomplementtocurrentlyexistingframeworks.Forexample,ifaparticularhealthindicatorsframeworkcurrentlyfocusesonlyonhealthsystemperformance,thecomprehensiveapproachproposedherecanservetoaugmentand/orsupplementthecurrentlyusedmodelormodels.NOTE3Individualjurisdictionsmayelecttooperationalizetheconceptualframeworkdifferently.Becausetheconceptualdimensionsrepresentahigh-leveltaxonomy,thisprovidesconsiderablediscretionandleewayintheselectionofspecificindicatorsbyindividualcountries.Thisfocusonahigh-leveltaxonomyalsoallowsforsufficientflexibilityfortheinclusionofnewindicatorsinthefuture,asnewissuesemergeandadditionaldatabecomeavailable.Becausespecificdataelementsarenotdefined,jurisdictionshavethefreedomtopopulatethisframeworkwiththemostrelevant,andavailable,indicatorsfortheirspecificsituations.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotidentifyordescribeindividualindicatorsorspecificdataelementsforthehealthindicatorsconceptualframework;nordoesitaddressneedsanalysis,demandanalysisortherangeofactivitiesthatneedtobesupportedforhealthsystemmanagement.Thedefinitionofbenchmarksand/orapproachesusedinthedefinitionofbenchmarksisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.
