本标准规定了煤沥青筑路油的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存、质量证明书和安全注意事项。
本标准适用于高温煤焦油经蒸馏所得沥青与稀释油配制而成的煤沥青筑路油。主要用作铺路粘合剂。也可用于配制炭黑原料、防水防腐涂料等。

【摘要】:Geomembranesareusedasimpermeablebarrierstopreventliquidsfromleakingfromlandfills,ponds,andothercontainments.Theliquidsmaycontaincontaminantsthatifreleasedcancausedamagetotheenvironment.Leakingliquidscanerodethesubgrade,causingfurtherdamage.Leakagecanresultinproductlossorotherwisepreventtheinstallationfromperformingitsintendedcontainmentpurpose.Forthesereasons,itisdesirablethatthegeomembranehaveaslittleleakageaspractical.Geomembraneleakscanbecausedbypoorqualityofthesubgrade,poorqualityofthematerialplacedonthegeomembrane,accidents,poorworkmanship,andcarelessness.Themostsignificantcausesofleaksingeomembranesthatarecoveredwithonlywaterarerelatedtoconstructionactivitiesincludingpumpsandequipmentplacedonthegeomembrane,accidentalpunctures,andpuncturescausedbytrafficoverrocksordebrisonthegeomembraneorinthesubgrade.Themostsignificantcauseofleaksingeomembranescoveredwithearthmaterialsisconstructiondamagecausedbymachinerythatoccurswhileplacingtheearthmaterialonthegeomembrane.Suchdamagealsocanbreachadditionallayersoftheliningsystemsuchasgeosyntheticclayliners.Electricalleaklocationmethodsareaneffectivefinalqualityassurancemeasuretolocatepreviouslyundetectedormissedleaks.1.1Thesepracticesdescribestandardproceduresforusingelectricalmethodstolocateleaksingeomembranescoveredwithwaterorearthmaterialscontainingmoisture.1.2Thesepracticesareintendedtoensurethatleaklocationsurveysareperformedwithdemonstratedleakdetectioncapability.Toallowfurtherinnovations,andbecausevariousleaklocationpractitionersuseawidevarietyofproceduresandequipmenttoperformthesesurveys,performance-basedoperationsareusedthatspecifytheminimumleakdetectionperformancefortheequipmentandprocedures.1.3Thesepracticesrequirethattheleaklocationequipment,procedures,andsurveyparametersusedaredemonstratedtoresultinanestablishedminimumleakdetectionsensitivity.Thesurveyshallthenbeconductedusingthedemonstratedequipment,procedures,andsurveyparameters.1.4Separateproceduresaregivenforleaklocationsurveysforgeomembranescoveredwithwaterandforgeomembranescoveredwithearthmaterials.Separateproceduresaregivenforleakdetectionsensitivitytestsusingactualandartificialleaks.1.5Leaklocationsurveyscanbeusedongeomembranesinstalledinbasins,ponds,tanks,oreandwastepads,landfillcells,landfillcaps,andothercontainmentfacilities.Theproceduresareapplicableforgeomembranesmadeofmaterialssuchaspolyethylene,polypropylene,polyvinylchloride,chlorosulfonatedpolyethylene,bituminousmaterial,andotherelectrically-insulatingmaterials.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.7Warningx2014;Theelectricalmethodsusedforgeomembraneleaklocationcouldusehighvoltages,resultinginthepotentialforelectricalshockorelectrocution.Thishazardmightbeincreasedbecauseoperationsmightbeconductedinornearwater.Inparticular,ahighvoltagecouldexistbetweenthewaterorearthmaterialandearthground,oranygroundedconductor.TheseproceduresarepotentiallyVERYDANGEROUS,andcanresultinpersonalinjuryordeath.Theelectricalmethodsusedforgeomembraneleaklocationshouldbeattemptedonlybyqualifiedandexperiencedpersonnel.Appropriatesafetymeasuresmustbetakentoprotecttheleaklocationoperatorsaswellasotherpeopleatthesite.1.8Thisstanda......
